Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account data: email address, display name, avatar color.
• Pool data: pools you create or join, picks, standings, and activity within those pools.
• Billing data: handled by Stripe. We store only Stripe customer/subscription identifiers — never card numbers.
• Usage data: basic product analytics (pages viewed, features used) tied to your account, plus standard server logs.

2. How we use it

To run your pools (scoring, standings, reminders, recaps), to process payments, to improve the product, and to send the transactional email the product depends on. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use third-party advertising trackers.

3. What others can see

Members of your pool see your display name, avatar, picks (only after each pick locks), and results. If a commissioner enables a public leaderboard, your display name and scores appear on a public page — never your email.

4. Cookies

Cookies are used for sign-in sessions and basic analytics only. No cross-site tracking, no ad cookies.

5. Service providers

Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting and analytics), Stripe (payments), and Resend (email delivery) process data on our behalf under their own security commitments.

6. Retention and deletion

Pool history is retained so standings stay meaningful for your group. Delete your account from the account page: your sign-in is removed and your display name is anonymized in historical standings. To request full erasure of residual data, email us.

7. Your rights

You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time at support@pickarena.app. We respond within 30 days.

8. Changes

Material changes to this policy will be announced by email or in-app before they take effect.
